It was a classic Bandstand Saturday. The weather was beautiful, the crowd was friendly, and the music was great!

Another fun day of music, hand motions, and... no rain! Once again, we wondered, we worried, and we were concerned, and once again, we were blessed with no rain and a beautiful Berkshire morning.

Will it rain? This was the question on everybody's minds on Saturday morning. The band set up so that they were ready to dash under the gazebo at a moment's notice, and we were ready for the skies to open. But we were lucky! There was a slight sprinkle at the end of the hour, and otherwise, all was dry. By the time we were packed up and ready to go, it was hot and sunny. You say you don't like the weather in the Berkshires? Wait five minutes!

Our fourth week of the 2004 Bandstand season, and we're really getting the hang of it now. There was some fear at first that it might rain this week, but we were not daunted, and the sun shone after all!

This week saw the debut of the 4 Cousins Lemonade Stand, run by David Grover's granddaughters and their cousins. It was a huge success, and super cute to boot! The weather started out a bit iffy but turned beautiful halfway through the show, and a good time was had by all.
